I'll have to check my calendar if I have any training courses going on that weekend and maybe if I can try and sort out someone to come with me and keep me safe (from myself primarily).

Edit to add. Just noticed I have an 'Exercise to music' instructor course the previous weekend and the following weekend but I was considering postponing those anyway so would love to come.

I'm a woman! We don't say what we WANT! But we reserve the right to get pissed off if we don't get it. That's what makes us so fascinating! And not a little bit scary.

Peculiarly, this same topic came up at coffee today, so I'll tell you the same thing I said to my friend - I don't think the idea would work with the genders flipped, even if it could I am not the right person to organise it and please don't exploit my phobias for your fantasies.

Basically as I am seeink it, Ray, the problem is that you are not callink your girlfriend for five months. You see, the hot babies like to feel wanted. If you are not callink them on the phone for a while, it is like a way of saying "you are worst song, played on ugliest guitar"

Hmmm... Those Gentlemen "needed" 4 ladies as Burlesque entertainment (Presumably so they didn't have to talk to each other at all), and apparently female maids as well.

So, nothing like the London Ladies Munch, where we all just sit around, chat, eat food, drink wine and socialise with each other.

I guess my interest is not in the rights and wrongs, perceived or otherwise of the Equality Act, but in the legal outcomes of it, and its effect on how private clubs can or can not operate. For instance, on reading the summary of the Act, nothing is totally clear, but i would imagine that vetting men but not applying the same to women is probably illegal.

I want it make it clear that doesn't particularily bother me, but i am interested in gaining a better understanding of the new law and how it applies.

How about making it a new thread? As you say nothing is totally clear and there's alot more to fsc than a few ill phrased words.
