A lady Domina friend wishes to plug her Female sub with one of these beauties http://tollyboy.com/business/languages/picture.p...
in her Tollyboy belt, and i have been tasked to find out just how long one could safely be left in place - without causing long term damage to the sub. I know there will be lots of opinions and they i am interested to hear them - but if anyone can point me at any sites with information it would be a useful addition to my task. Many thanks in advance carrie

The Tollyboy site claims that their chastity belts allow for showering, but they make no claims as to the length of time an insert may safely be worn. Perhaps the advice of a Gynae professional would be wise if long-term wear is envisaged. "We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking up at the stars." - Oscar Wilde

Brilliant idea but I am concerned about bacteria and the possibility of 'toxic shock syndrome' as with women who leave tampons inside by accident. Just guessing I would recommend that the user be forced to maintain hygiene by removing the plug and cleansing it and themselves twice a day. Problem with TSS is that its silent and deadly as it only takes a tiny amount of bacteria to enter the bloodstream. Hope this helps and doesn't sound like the voice of doom... I also wonder if they are designed for short term use like overnight or just whilst at work? Mistress Beth Be naughty so that I can spank you! Mistress Beth

looking at those chastity belts suggests a woman couldn't go to the toilet without removing it and no I don't mean urinating. I think female chastity belts by virtue of having to cover up more holes and have less to "attatch" to means you really can't force a woman to wear it without removing it daily for washing anyway. If you can supervise the sub whenever she has to remove the belt you could ensure chastity is maintained but I really don't think you could expect a woman to keep it on for longer then a day unsupervised without removal. - Master of posting at the bottom of a page -

The main thing with TSS and tampons is the absorbancy and the period blood. Even so, you have to leave one in for about a week for it to be a problem - i was coming down with similar symtoms, and was told it was fine that the tampon had "only" been in 2 days. But apart from that "phoarr" - i've always liked the idea of lady plugs! Never had one used, except when i've tried to use an anal plug instead, but i got so aroused i just pushed it out! x [pink] ...It seemed like a good idea at the time...

Er, no, it's definitely the bacteria that cause TSS, not the bleach or anything else in the tampon. People with this die of septicemia and the effects of bacterial toxins, not bleachaemia. And people can get it even without being near a tampon - from skin lesions and wounds. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toxic_shock_syndrome The idea that the human body does not carry potentially fatal bacteria or causes, and that anything poisonous must de facto have come from outside the body it is the kind of deficient and weak thinking adhered to by mercury-cause-brain-damage believers and pesticides-cause-MS-and everything theorists. It seems to be fashionable to believe in herbalism and such like, rather than to notice that after the arrival of antimicrobials and the scientific study of disease, the diseases that were felling our ancestors like cattle no longer do, strangely enough... The body is not some place of sacred cleanliness, it would not work if it was, and the orifices are choc full of germs in the worlds cleanest person. I think in terms of the OP the difference is that a non-absorbent plug is not a breeding medium for bacteria in the way that a tampon is, but one would be unwise to leave it in for more than 8-10 hours I would guess, but can't find anything definitive. I have read credible accounts of people regularly and routinely having them (vaginal plugs) inserted before the working day and removed after dinner of before bed etc. If you're addicted to spanking, you've got to really hit bottom before you realise the need to do something about it.... |
