Happy New Year to all Just curious but can anybody answer what potential legal implications might arise from individuals posting about fucking a client within a pro establishment? Could the proprietor get into trouble? I'm pretty sure this could be seen as in the same light as a brothel. Theres a weblog up just now and I'm not sure if the OP has thought about the possible implications it may have on themselves and the establishment they work from. I'm sure any info on this sort of thing would be beneficial to other pro's. "Its All About the Experience"

Shagging people for money is not illegal. Asking people if they want a shag for money and doing it when there are other people around are the illegal bits. Rohypnol means never having to say "Would you like another coffee?".

Basically if you ply for sex, e.g.for cash that is legal, but pimping, soliciting and operating a brothel is illegal.I hope that makes it clear for you. http://empressm7.uboot.com/ Vampire pro/lifestyle ts dom and switch. It was so good it was posted twice
There was no mention in it of anyone else being on the premises so I'd have thought it wasn't an issue. (I guess the poster may well have cleared with the owner before going public anyway) I've no idea of how that establishment works but I have seen PD sites with clear adverts for D/ding which probably indicate contravention of the law. I'd have thought it unlikely that a place is going to get done/be raided for that alone - there would usually need some complaints from neighbours/other reasons for police interest etc

How would that work within a pro dungeon situation? Is having sex as part of a paid session legal? I'm confused as I always thought sex or penetration is a no go area yet from your explanation if the act just happens as part of the session then correct me if I'm wrong this is this ok?

This is one of the areas Ive been thinking over. If say the Old Bill were contacted and the premises paid an unsuspecting visit and a client and pro were found to be in full swing so to speak would there be legal implications? Or simply would I, the pro, or the establishment be in trouble.

I don't think the law has changed since you worked as an escort, Ollie. Don't know the weblog you're referring to but it's unlikely to draw attention that's negative unless someone starts making a flap elsewhere about its legality. Get where I'm going? Yep. You and the PD can do what you like if it's one on one

It's illegal ro run a brothel, help in running a brothel, let out your premises for use as a brothel etc etc. A brothel is defined as somewhere two prostitutes work So, if you look at a DD session - if that was raided the premises owner/helper etc would be the ones in trouble. If it was a PD working from her own premises then she would likely be regarded as the brothel owner The punter (afaik anyway) isn't breaking the law It doesn't happy much at all so I'd try not to worry overly
