I think for me muted tones and dark colours tend to be sexier. Then again, there's some seriously sexy blues and greens out there too. I don't actually like the really harsh, strong bright colours so much. But it's hard to find a turquoise PVC corset with black piping...

The plural of "Colour" is "Colours" with no apostrophe.

"Colour's" is either a contraction of, say, "Colour is" or "Colour has" or similar; or it indicates that something is owned or related to said colour as in "The colour's shade was slightly deeper in this area than the other".

Pedantry over I find that colours are not, of themselves, sexy. It is how they are used, and the context in which they are seen, that makes them so. Any colours (<- plural. No apostrophe, see?) can be sexy in the right circumstances.

Well - probably with the exception of bright, candy pink which is vile all the time.
