New Grange Manor is a role-play school for grownups based in North East Hampshire, where you can pretend you are young again. There are rules to follow, which will be issued at school, and structured lessons where you will get rewarded if you are hardworking and well behaved and punished if you are naughty.
What to expect -
A typical school day starts with Assembly at 2pm
Lessons follow - each lesson is structured on real school lessons and includes, English Lit, English Grammar, Maths, Geography, History, Media Studies, Spelling, Biology, Chemistry, Art, Drama and much more.
A Punishment book is issued and entries are made for slovenly behaviour and naughtiness. Punishments are based on traditional 1950's style school punishments.
There are Playtimes where you can purchase sweeties and drinks from the Tuck Shop (pocket money needed). You can play games with the other pupils. Try to avoid getting into trouble with the Teachers on duty or else its a visit to the staff room for a telling off.
Lunchtime - includes either a scrummy packed lunch or a hot meal and squash. With more time to play with your chums.
The pupils and staff are a mixture of both male and female. All teachers are vetted and follow school rules on safety. We are at the moment looking for a couple more female teachers, to help Miss Molestrangler, Miss Brookes, Matron and myself (Miss Livingstone). We have some jolly nice male teachers,including Mr Malcolm, Mr Melman, Mr Holmes, Mr Reamon and Mr Grimshaw who are very good at instilling good behaviour and teach interesting lessons. The school hours are 1.30pm for registration and 8pm for final assembly. The Cost is £36.00 which includes all lesson materials & lunch. The next school day is 4th Feb 2011.
