For me there is something special about the summons from the Lady that comes without warning out of blue. One moment I am just jogging along with no particular cares or commitments, when suddenly I am knocked sideways by a mail or a text informing me that I am to be in a certain place at a certain time, which I know that it is going to be painful. There is something very special about this which is a lot different and somehow means a whole lot more than if it was something that I had initiated in some way. How do others feel about this? Do Dom(me)s enjoy this power of arbitrary summons too? | |

Yes. It is important to both of Us to be able to do this within an established D/s or M/s relationship. Not only is it practical for Us, it also adds another dynamic of lack of choice for the one summonsed - either that or let down their Dominant.
