I've kinda noticed a trend in some girls and ladies of dressing younger and cuter and I was in Marks today looking at tights, I really wanted white ones (not black or opaque), actually I got some gorgeous purple, dark blue and burgundy ones but it got me to thinking. What about making tights for grown ups with ribbons and frilly things? They don't have to look sexual though I don't doubt some men might find a girl even more impish and bratty in them, but perhaps this is something that needs to be made. I'm no clothesmaker, rubbish at working with my hands, but perhaps someone could. What do people think?

You can actually buy knee highs & hold-ups with ribbon threaded through the top, though i haven't seen any tights |
