* Watch out for people called "MasterfulDomMasterLordWhipper" - chances are, they are either a wannabe, a maniac or a 15 year old.
* Anyone who asks to PM you within ten minutes of meeting on IRC, will probably want to move in with you ten hours later.
* If you meet someone on who wants to move in with you ten hours after meeting you, they will probably try and kill you ten days later.
* Never give out a real name or address - unless it's of someone you really don't like.
* Don't try and masturbate and chat at the same time - at best you'll spell really badly, at worst your keys will get sticky and you'll end up typing "uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu" for twenty minutes till you can clean it up.
* If you find yourself thinking in terms of "/me should go to bed now" - then perhaps you need a break from irc.
* If there is a light "schloop" noise when you get up from your chair - then perhaps it's time to start wearing thicker panties when playing online.
* If the person who has moved in with you tries to kill you, just saying "/me runs away" to yourself will *not* help
