Today is the fourth anniversary of me joining IC, I'm not sure how I feel about that, not that it matters, it's a fact, but as we all know, facts often don't bear any resemblence to feelings.
The last 12 months have been emotionally draining and brutally tumultuous. Financially grinding to the point where I have done things to earn money that I'm never going to be proud of.
This time last year I'd been off the streets for a month, sleeping at The Manchester Dungeon after @MistressJuliaPink offered me sanctuary and no doubt saved me from whatever fate, and all those weeks of snow, had in store for me. Me and Julia have had our differences since, kiss and make up, fall out, kiss and make up. We're both more than a little nuts and over familiarity definitely breeds contempt. We get along well now, I'm no longer perched in the kitchen up at dungeon these days, I keep a respectful distance and give them room to breathe so's to speak.
Between us we've been responsible for some of the best play events seen anywhere this year, and aim to do Club666 every other month at the dungeon.
I then fell head over heels in love with @Flowerofcarnage, that is something I'll be posting about separately due to the convoluted nature of that particular story, with me having pretty much just parted company from @PreciousJem. All in all, massive turmoil whichever way you look at it.
My health is far from what it should be, physically or mentally. My last prescription from the doctor was for morphiune solution, it's a repeat prescription not a one off. Along with my 'mad' pills it's a heady combo really.
So, my anniversary, 4 years on here and 21 years since my major high speed car accident. My memory for dates and really obscure shit is a bloody curse at times, a blessing though for others birthdays.
I'm pretty numb right now, and its not the morphine either,so this blog I'm sure is far from being one of my best, probably lacking passion and motivation if the truth be known.
So will I make it to 5 years? After all that's gone on this previous 12 months who'd put more than a couple of quid on that happening, I know I won't be !
Thanks to everyone I've mention and all the people I've not, who have bailed me out of the shit, let me cry on their shoulders and kept me afloat when I was drowning in misery. You know who you are, and you also know who you aren't. It's been surprising just how many folk disappear when your chips are down, but brings more surprises when you see just who gives a shit.
