I regret regret, it's so regrettable. Each a glimpse and gone forever. Edited 8 Dec 10, 1:13 PM by Captain_Sensible

I regret not checking lube for allergic reaction before using it on butt plug. Doh ! still not ready to laugh about it, but can now laugh at the subsequent "run" to the bathroom wearing spreader bar and the joy of cold water..... I always have my tongue in my cheek. I neither know or care about you and can therefore give an unbiased opinion based on what you have told me. If I don't wrap it up in nice words and a pretty bow, its not because I want to hurt you, it is because I don't give a fuck one way or the other.

I don't generally have many regrets, but that's in the context of the totality of my life. I do regret a few things, but at the same time I'm not going to list them here (or anywhere else come to that). Most of my regrets have also represented opportunities for me to learn and grow which, although it doesn't make them any easier, at least means that I am able to draw positives out of negatives. In reality, my biggest regrets have been my faux pas with someone whose tolerance seemingly knows no bounds. In some ways that makes it harder, as I know that in the process I have gone on to test the patience of someone whom I am proud still to count amongst my dearest friends.

I do think it is worse to regret something that you haven't done than something you have. If you did something you didn't enjoy even if it was horrible at least you know for next time, if you don't do that thing you will always wonder... I have a couple of things that I have regretted doing, one play thing that I enjoyed at the time and regretted after and one thing that is sort of a mixture of what I said before... I did things I don't regret but it did lead to not being able to do something and I regret that. Make sense? No I didn't think so either...

I think the biggest regret of my life was when I went to the cinema to watch the first Lord Of The Rings film a few years back... 3 hours of walking, 3 bloody hours. Since that dark day I've tried to live by the 'Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me' way of thinking. So I've never and will never see the second and third films in that mundane trilogy. Watching Lost was also a regret after seeing the way that shit ended. And I possibly shouldn't have just polished off a whole pack of custard creams, I kinda regret that.
