You are making assumptions and leaping to conclusions which are not accurate. I was talking to o^^ and she ignored me. I walked over and looked at her computer screen asked her what she thought she was playing at. She explained that the IC chat rooms had been closed and she was looking to help a friend out. I immediately stopped her from any more interaction on the site she was on, joined it my self and went into the room she had been on. I said hello - got a couple of rude and some polite responses. I sat and observed the room, it was all very childish. I said to o^^ "why the fuck do you want to be on there?". I DID NOT hear anything even vaguely relevant to the closing of the IC chat rooms in that room. While reading some posts about the subject on several sites I came across the statement I have related. I made it quite clear that it was not a verbatim quote because I could not remember where I had seen it. My comment was one of sadness for the apparent lack of good manors and frivolity which IMHO is very far from the topic of BDSM, but I am getting very long in the tooth, so I would say that wouldn't I? In order to bring this bloody silly section of this thread to a close - I apologise if I have offended anyone with my, initially very brief comments. Well guess what , I only came on here for the chatrooms . So thats , that. Thankyou , to all I have met, and whos company I have enjoyed. I cant see me being very active on a site with no chat, though I may well pop back from time to time to check on events. I wish Admin good luck and hope there arnt too many people like me who find other chat sites , and leave this one struggling . | |||||

I came in this morning to find the chat link gone. Disappointed, as it was one of the reasons I liked the site, and made it unique. Reminds me of when MSN flung all thier toys out the pram and shut their rooms. I enjoyed the rooms here, and the company of most people i spoke to in there. Its been fun all, and hopefully I'll see you in the next place I find.

My sentiments exactly! When opinions were sought on this by admin a while back, my take was that it's simply a cost benefit analysis. I reckon the cost, to admin, of dealing with it, simply outweighed the overall value of it to IC. Simple really. Hole Parity! | |||||

please feel free to use my chatrooms until something is resolved/better comes along.
They arent moderated and are generally unused except by a few site members in the evenings...so not likely to work unless a few arrange to go there at the same time .
