I have experienced a puppy shock collar being used on my genitals as punishment. It was not a pleasant experience - it was painful and was a punishment I dreaded. The worst occasion it was used was when the pro-domme took me out with her to collect some dry cleaning. On the way back she stopped at a cafe for a coffee.
