The munch is held in the Pentrebach House pub, Pentrebach, Merthyr Tydfil. There is a large carpark at the rear of the pub.

You can get to the pub from both the Heads of the Valleys Road (A465) and the A470.

The munch is small and friendly and open to anyone over the age of 18. The dress code is vanilla as we are sharing a pub with the regulars.

You will easily find us as we have an A-Z on the table.

The pub serves meals most of the evening and are quite reasonably priced.

There is only one rule for the munch and that is you have to enjoy yourself.

Being a smaller munch it is great if you are like me and unable to go to the larger munches. Nothing wrong with them but I just cant go there.

I go to The Merthyr Midweek Munch

The munch is now into its 3rd month and is a small munch which is great for those new to the scene and a bit unsure about meeting lots of new people.

If you live in Merthyr and are unsure about coming in case someone you know is in the pub do not worry.

One of the facilitators of a group I go to is a regular on a Wednesday at the Pentrebach, I have told her that its a group of people that use SL. and there have been no questions about it.
