You're sound asleep (having gone to bed thinking you can have a lie in for the first time in ages, because you have a late start at work) and the bloody computer decides to do it's own updates and reboot, signing you into msn and at 07.01 am some twat decides that they will ring your landline coz you've appeared on msn. Their excuse for ringing and waking you up is that they saw you sign in and want the fucking gossip on other people's misery... Not a happy Sparks today seething to say the least not just for the lost hours sleep I absolutely fucking needed but for the simple fact that even if I had been up , you don't ring someone's home at that time of morning unless it's an emergency, and finding out gossip on other people's misery is not a fucking emergency, especially when you don't even know the people who's misery you're interrogating me about.
A seething start to what was supposed to be a bloody easy day....
Edited to correct typo's as those who know me well know anger fucks with my typing big time!!!

Good god! I'd have ripped them a new one!! I think 9 til 9 is a good rule of thumb for ringing someone...unless it's important. Hope your day improves! Kali x 'I heard she's a bit of a thug' Mister Bear

It would have pissed me off no matter what time of day it was. Life is not measured by the breaths we take. but by the moments that take our breath.

Dear gods, even I would have ripped someone a new one for something like that! Just how rude and callous can some people be?? Two roads diverged in a wood and I, I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference. (R. Frost)

Unless you need to be signed into MSN all the time, why not turn off the feature to automatically sign you in That way you can choose whether to be pestered or not, or at the least if you're going to sleep set the default status to be in 'invisible' The first rule of Brat Club, we don't talk about Brat Club... |
