Don't be afraid to call someone up if their behaviour is unacceptable to you. Be it wanking, talking too loudly when you're trying to spork someone (my personal pet hate) or generally acting like a twat.

I don't understand what you mean by trying to spork someone. Can you enlighten me please?

1. No genitals on show.

2. No bodily fluids, and furniture must be wiped clean after playing.

3. No taking photographs or filming.

4. No interrupting other people's scenes - this includes getting too close and getting hit by their flogger, etc.

5. No non-consensual play - this includes touching or using toys on people without their permission.

6. You must ask before 'borrowing' anyone's toys.

7. DMs may stop play they consider unsafe, including those who they consider too drunk to be responsible for submissive partners.

8. Attendees must be polite and considerate to others. Offensive, rude, violent or aggressive people may be asked to leave.

9. No underage people or animals.

10. No bare feet - glass in the bottom of your feet is not nice!

nb. These were standard rules when I started going to parties, we never seemed to have any problems with them.

I don't think I've ever had anything taken permanently, though myself and another Domme had identical floggers from Jack's (the only difference was mine was older and a bit more creased and 'tired' looking) and she ended up going home with both of them - it was returned to me, though.

Since starting Hellions, where I've taken my own kit along each time and left it available for anyone to use, I've invested in a batch of nametapes as used in school uniforms and simply attached them to most of our kit. Probably not the most amazing look ever, but...

They were all removed from closed playkit bags :(!

The nice lady with the whip.
Everyone has the right to be equal unless and until they choose to relinquish it.
We call it play but it isn't a game - it's people's lives.

to spork, to stab someone with a spoon/fork...slang for needles, which is what I'm known for - I think!

Precisely.

Catching Hepatitis from spilled blood is a lot easier than getting it from spilled spunk.

It's actually not that easy to catch hepatitis from spilled blood but spunk in your eye hurts.

Spunk in your eye...new toast?

toast hurts worse than spunk.

Worcestershire sauce. Owwyy.

MONKFISH!

That's freaky. I don't believe any of my kit's ever gone missing.

But then again, none of it is as nice as yours.

MONKFISH!

I didn't say it was easy. I said it was a lot easier, as spunk tends not to have that many pathogens in it as it contains potent anti bacterial proteins, unlike blood.

Having someone else's blood around when there may be other people with open wounds is not that conducive to infection control. There are cases of orienteers catching Hepatitis from running through the same bushes as an infected person, which is why leg coverings are now mandatory in international competitions.

Sorry, correction.

No wanking near open wounds

No toast near open eyes

and

No running through infected bushes without leg coverings

No unauthorised wanking in public areas =-o

i would =have= to agree Sire was putting needles into my back when a Domme came along and started wanking off her sub within a few inches of where i had open wounds. No respect for Oour equipment of my health at all. Was not impressed in the slightest.

I do find it funny that at places where blood play can occur one can't wank. not that i'm advocating wanking, but they're both bodily fluids, they can both disturb other people...

People aren't usually very active in their bleeding and tend not to lurk behind curtains and stuff and squirt blood at you. I don't mind bleeding, it's not usually so intrusive. I wouldn't object to wanking if it was well away from people

It's only a weblog :-)

That's not fair! You can't have that as a rule! I insist. How about just banning glasses?

9) thou shalt not take pics / flash photography with out consent

This! Official photographers are one thing, usually avoidable as they're obvious or in one place that you go to, but casual attendees at events should NOT take photos in the event. Duh.

I also get annoyed when other people talk about your job. If you talk about your own job, fair dos, but don't ask questions that might be awkward about someone else's.

No excess hugging. I love hugging, but some people do it too hard and for too long. RED.
