CH1 3AE Time: 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM. Location: Chester Hangman, 4-6 City Road, Chester. Chester Munch meets on the THIRD Thursday of every month at the Chester Hangman on City Road, Chester, a short walk from the railway station. Dress code is vanilla, with the pub's own rule of no baseball caps or tracksuits.
