Ah. That was probably the documentary I've carefully avoided watching, at a guess. At least with one TV programme, there was some suggestion that the documentary makers had coerced the women into filming with Max Hardcore without her knowing what it would involve... | ||

Thought provoking, no question. I enjoyed the film but like others, I found it raised questions while answering others. With regard to 101 I seem to recall there is an interview scene where she admits to self harming (cutting) prior to joining the Insex crew. PD talks openly of his feelings and how he tried to help her from her drug fuelled depression. 101 was the only one of the girls interviewed that seemed to have emotional issues. | ||

No this was genuinely fly on the wall documentary film-making. The film makers tried to stay objective about the whole thing but when they were privy to the lengths the vile Mr Hardcore would go to - at one stage saying she should go through it for her kids - they intervened. To their credit they regretted stepping in as they were just there to film. There have been endless debates on here about this documentary saying it could have been edited to look as if Mr H was a bad chap. Perhaps but I think if you see it you would make up your own mind. The poon won't come flocking if you sit and do nothing. | ||

this looks really interesting. I think it's really cool how someone made a documentary that, according to the reviews is so insightive. too bad the dvd will only run on american dvd players It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice |
