How can one set up a singles munch when they don't even attend their local munch.... Don't sound right to me some how.... unless there could be an ulterior motive.

As you Clio, always slag off the Cardiff munch BIG time in the chat room, moaning on how you have been banned because folk don't like you or that no-one talks to you often when you have attended. I wouldn't dream of ulterior motives. If you don't slag your local munch off, I wouldn't think as I do...

Whilst it may not be a singles munch, I am sure you are already aware of the Cardiff Munch. Personally, I'd assume this is a good a place/ munch as any to meet up and get to know each other.
I would assume that a non-singles munch would actually work better since, presumably, some of the females that attended a singles munch might feel uncomfortable at the though of being oogles or what have you and I know from personal experience that there is always some sort of stigma or misconception around single males attending such events - something I faced (all be it, rarely) whilst starting out and something I still experience even now, despite not being single I think the idea in itself is a good one in theory, don't get me wrong, but there would always be attendees who might cause contension (whether because of certain stigmas or because some people behave in a way that re-enforces the stigma).
Anyway, just trying to provide some constructive criticism. I'm sure you've already considered some of these things and in any case, I wish you the best of luck with it | ||

I like the idea of a munch for all singles, though I personally would feel uncomfortable going to an all singles venue. This will probably sound weird, I dislike going to places where I feel everyone is there just there to find a partner, it makes me feel like everyone is then diving into a singles dating service. | ||
