Port & Wine stains. I'm surprised no one else has mentioned this but I find a facial port & wine stain very appealing. But I don't see things as imperfection, merely part of the overall character.

I like it when the persons physical imperfections are so extreme that they begin to resemble Kristin Scott Thomas, or Louise Brooks or even Ruth Wilson come to that. "You might well think that; I couldn't possibly comment"

Same here, I love watching his hands as he's driving, seeing the watch on his wrist. I like it when he's doing something, wearing a tight white t-shirt so I can see his muscles move. It's sexy As for imperfections, I take people as they come. My partner has a large scar on his chest, it's just there and doesn't bother me - I don't even notice it to be honest. It's much like the stretchmarks on my boobs or thighs, they're there, they're semi-visible and just part of me. I don't feel self conscious about them now, I did when I was a teenager but I've seen so many women, and men, with stretchmarks that it's really a non-issue.
I have dimples in my cheeks when I smile a certain way which apparently is very cute (does nothing for me, much prefer cheekbones), I also have a significant gap in my front teeth that is very 'me'. I don't think it's sexy per se, but it is me and adds character. My dentist did try to suggest he could straighten them out for me but he was soon told not to bother as I like my teeth how they are. Imperfect Teeth, ideally slightly goofy and for perfection have a gap between the two at the front...sigh women with witchy features always did it for me, so slightly pointy nose and chin. (curse you disney) ...and a beauty spot on the upper lip (oof)

So it's just me with the amputee thing then? Seriously, nothing wrong with the scars life brings. Birth marks, got one myself (soon to be incorporated into two tattoos). Signs of breakages, another life thing. Bottom line is that no-one is perfect, and some of us body modifiers wouldn't have it any other way. After all, aren't modifications improvements? Let the person shine through, whatever their imperfections!
