I've seen this series mentioned a couple of times now on different weblogs.
Just needed to say I'm gutted too that it only got one series. I thought it was brilliant and glad I'm not alone! Have the movie and series on dvd though so at least I can keep repeating it...

I think it's better as one series and the movie. I mean sooner or later if it had carried on it would have gone to shit. As it is it was perfect. Science isn't about why, it's about why not. I've got one of the Battlestar Galactica DVDs (assuming you mean the new stuff), I think it's the pilot, and it doesn't even come close to Firefly. Mister Bear: Been putting the cum in cucumber since 1986. | |

BSG has issues of being 'dark and gritty' which just means it ends up being either depressing or slightly dull. It can be very very good though, and it gets much better after the pilot. V I have heard bad things about, and the same with Caprica. But nothing compares to Firefly! When it's good it's really good, when it's bad I go to pieces | |

yeah they put firefly on at the same time as Angel and since that was in it's 4th or 5th session at that point people watched that and firefly didn't get the ratings it deserved. they need to bring back firefly!!! | |
