Had my left nipple pierced about 5 weeks ago - it's much more sensitive now, so much so that M calls it my on-switch! We have been able to play with it - a little pinching, nothing too rough as we don't want to hurt it (yet!) Messing with it is not recommended while healing, but mine is healing incredibly fast. M is intending to get my right nipple done soon, I hope that one works as well. | ||

Had mine done about 15 years ago; the left one had to be taken out but will be redone; the right one remains. I found an enormous increase in sensitivity and love having had them done. MysteryTramp. | ||

I was about a 42H at the time mine were pierced, and bras never gave me any problems. In know someone earlier recommended putting cotton pads over them, but if you feel you need some sort of padding for whatever reason I'd opt for gauze. Any cotton wool product (bud, pads or balls) should be kept away from the piercing early on, as the fibres can detach and lead to iritation and infection. When you're switching jewellery I'd put a little dab of savlon cream over the threads of the bar, to help it travel more smoothly. My piercings have made my nipples much more sensitive. Before the bars I got almost no pleasure from them, but now they're more fun. In most cases I believe women's nipples heal faster than mens, and have been told that it's because we have greater blood flow to that area. And finally I'd opt for one at a time unless you like sleeping on your back, so you can sleep on the other side. You may be indifferent, or even eager for, the pain of sleeping on the fresh piercing, but it's only going to take longer to heal!

Had mine done years ago in Sydney and would have to say the gun REALLY did hurt. After the first one was done I was asked if we should leave the next one till the following week No way as I new it would not happened if I left it. I thought the 2nd one would not be to bad as i had just been through the pain of the first one...........well how wrong can one be it was much worse. Healing was a slow proccess and years later I did get a bad infection in both of them so removed the D rings. Will i get them done again YES the pleasure from the nipples was out of this world. | ||

Just to answer in reply to the pressure on from a bra, I found whilst it was healing breatfeeding pads worked a treat. | ||

hi i have had both mine done twice now the first time i agree it was a head fuck and hardly felt a thing but they migrated as i was trying to stretch them, i would reccomend telling your piercer if you intend to hang things on them or stretch them. the second time hurt like f**k but i think that was because they are much much deeper and it was still only for the 30 seconds it took to do them i had labia done at same time and they are healing quite well now ( i am a bad healer) today is history, tomorrow a mystery. life is one long test take it in both hands and embrace. | ||

Used to have both of mine done but (don't read on if squeamish) unfortunatly caught one of the bars that was through the nipple and ripped it out through the nipple. Now have a nice scar cross my nipple ! Now i expect some of you probably like that sort of thing but for me that was the end of my wearing them. Shame as i loved having them, increased sensitivity and looked fantastic.
The more i think about it the more tempting it becomes again. Although i'd be more careful with them 2nd time around Man is least himself when he talks in his own person. Give him a mask, and he will tell you the truth. ~Oscar Wilde | ||

I have too say i booked and paid to have both mine done...i have never known pain like it...F**k did it hurt, soo much so, i told her ..forget the other one..she said oh that wont hurt as much...and it didnt..i was still realing from the first one..it was done with a kneedle not a gun.
I then had a breast reduction a few months later and the doc made me remove them..im not brave enough to go throu it again...! Yes im a coward..!!!!!!!!!!! Feel the fear and do it anyway..... Edited 18 Oct 10, 11:34 AM by Miss_BB_and_slut | ||
