Why is it prejudice? Club rules talk about etiquette and the like, having some bugger come and wank while you are in the middle of a scene is a little distracting, to say the least, sometimes it can be really creepy. I think there is the element of people "in a scene" feeling their scene is being "used as pornography for someone else's gratification without their permission or agreement". I would agree. But, playing devil's advocate, why do people play in public? To show off? For the excitement? Because they can't play at home due to pets, kids, neighbours? Or because they're exhibitionists? If the latter, then perhaps they do encourage wanky men by their public scening?

Yeah if the latter, but there are so many other reasons. A few girls I know only play in public because they feel that it is safer than doing it at home for example. I find that something worth protecting. Mind I think you are right that is a fairly complicated issue. With YKIOK I think its about people engaging in things that you may not be interested in and don't have to get involved in, wanky men don't give you a choice, also YKIOK can be used as a blanket statement that doesn't always apply, for example if someone is being unsafe/threataning whatever in a club someone will step in. Generally, YKIOK holds so long as the kink in question doesn't include the non-consensual participation of other people, which I think is a fair rule. In this case, while the wanky man has consented to seeing this hypothetical couple play by entering the venue, they have not consented to being his pornography. Hence, weird.
