Feeling good :-) (6)

.

Seven weeks today I gave up ciggies, after 35 years of smoking, and I feel really good, I don't cough anymore, I dont get out of breath anymore, well, under normal circumstances lol, I dont smell like an old ashtray anymore, I have noticed my smell is much better, I can smell things before others can.

About a month before I gave up, I had headaches everyday and when I coughed I had a pain shoot through my head. All that is gone.

I was showering yesterday and heard the woman next door coughing and hacking up..she was the reason that made me stop smoking..I had to put my fingers in my ears, it made me heave.

The healthy eating is still going well, I feel happier, I dont feel lethargic, more energetic, Just all over well being.

Its all worth it. :-D

Why couldn't I see common sense 30 years ago :-(

How's everyone else doing? :-)

Yay you! Well done, what a fabulous inspiration!

I'm plodding along with my generally healthy eating, but may have to give Hapkido a miss tonight as quite frankly I'm knackered!

Yayyy omg I cant believe how quickly the time has passed since you gave up!

You have done so amazingly well :-D stopping smoking & the new eating format.

I have heard you get disheartened by slow weight losses over the weeks but others who are giving up smoking alone could have put on 2 stone in the amount of time you have been off the cigs!!

So no smoking, no weight gain & even weight loss, WOW, you are an inspiration to us all!!

I am also so pleased you are now feeling the health benefits of not smoking & the renewed sense of smell & no pains from coughing is fantastic huni

I have been off all nicotine now for 4/5 months & off sucking the plastic stick lol for 3 weeks :-)

I am day 5 back on CD & have had the most filthy headache for 3 days now, yesterday was difficult I was craving food & at the, I want to cry point with the pounding going on in my head :-(

Today I have upped my water intake & while I still have a nagging going on in my head its no longer pounding & tear inducing :-)

My new catsuit has arrived yayy :-D & fits though will be better in a week or so ;-), I also got a new burlesque dress on saturday & had all my hair cropped off :-D.(new photo's on my profile, for some reason I can not set as my profile photo yet??)

Now my dilemma is that I am thinking of taking up dancing again, but as its only week one of CD do I wait a week or go straight for it, & actually not sure I have the energy to go straight for it & I already have a busy & energetic day lined up for tomorrow arghhhhhh lol, am thinking I have just talked myself out of starting tomorrow but........I could go on Thursday instead ;-)

Weigh in Thursday I will post here my results :-D

If its fair your after, best you go nilla :-*

I'm lucky in a way that I dont have much of a social life..YET!...So its easy for me to be good with what I eat. The gym is still where it is and I'm still here :-( so not so great there.

Holiday time? Just enjoy sweetie. :-D

Yes its a great feeling despite the odd down days, I used to have a lot more down days than good days before :-)
