So far we've only used plain water, but have thought about using K-Lube :> Miss ::: You shouldn't get stressed, it's bad for you.... Me ::: Well living with you is going to be fucking terminal, isn't it?

I generally use lukewarm water, but have an open bag kit for use with other liquids (it's much easiest to clean). Pee enemas can be fun, but you need to ensure there's some water already in the hose for it to flow properly if wanting to fill directly.
Soy milk enemas can be good too, if you're that way inclined Owner of BDSM DIY and Enema Forum discussion groups.

If you are using 'plain' water it is advisable to add a teaspoon of rock salt per litre - this helps the body to eliminate without flooding the bladder and kidneys. If you prefer a cold water enema (brrrrrrrrr) dissolve the salt in a little bit of boiling water and allow it to cool before adding. Can give you nasty cramps though, if it's too cold.
Enjoy!
Oh, THAT old paradox! | |

This will sound a bit odd but... warm water (body temperature) with some olive oil and milk. Ideal for someone who is delicate. There's a somebody i'm longing to see, i hope that he turns out to be, someone to watch over me
