thanks again everyone and for your private memos. As for the police they do not take it seriously even though the family are known to them for offences from gbh to armed robbery. The bottom line is that its just words until they do something they can't do anything and as its only been 24hrs its not even classed as harrassment... Don't make them a priority, when they only make you an option... | ||

Oh no I am so sorry to hear this ladybabe  I hope it stops and I'm glad you got hold of me yesterday.For future reference if anyone is in a similar position, the safest move is getting urgent legal advice before doing anything else. Any lawyer can help, but best of all Backlash ( http://www.backlash-uk.org.uk/ ) have some brilliant legal people who understand the law intricately who are probably the best people to advise, as knowledge of the law varies.

Report EVERYTHING. Police can't do much without evidence: enough evidence becomes "intent" so to speak. | ||

Hi everyone so not being pc savvy l have incredimail for my noddy noddy accounts.. So yesterday went on msn to clear out my email and of course l found all the copies of the threats posted because anytime anything is posted on my wall or messaged to me l get an email..
So now all printed off the whole days messages passed to my sister-in-law to do with as she wishes and as for me well unless l get any more threats or they come to my home it seems to have quietened down so thank you all very much xxxxx Don't make them a priority, when they only make you an option... | ||
