...
I waited all day to come home to find a blog by one of the two ladies who have regularly been blogging about their weight loss challenges but... I can't see one today and I'm fit to burst!!
Today was my "weigh day" and... I lost a pound in the last week - nothing spectacular about that, it's almost been the norm (with the occasional period where it took me two weeks to lose one).
BUT... it marks my 1 stone weight loss and I'm so pleased... I just had to tell you all!! (Heheh... I know you were all waiting with baited breath.
)
Now all I have to do is keep going and reach my 2 stone weight loss mark... I wonder if that'll take me another 16 weeks?
Good luck to everyone else who's trying to lose weight... it's one of the few things we can lose and feel happy to do so.

Thank you for your replies.
No, I won't be getting a new outfit, I have some that will fit me now, so I'll wear them and save some money.
Got your diary handy @skydancer? |

Excellent. Well done you I wouldn't worry about losing it slowly. They tell you that losing it slowly is better for your body and makes it easier to keep off - aparently. the main thing is that it's going in the right direction.
Well done
