On a whim, went to see a friend this evening.
Had some time together, in a quiet way, and all too soon, it was time for me to go back to the place I left this morning to go to work.
So anyway... I was on the bike, and all kitted up.
On the way to see my friend, I saw a beautiful rainbow...
On the way back, I had the moon in my sight all the way...
I stopped off to get some fuel for the last leg of the journey, and a car full of boy racers went past me, beeping the horn and everyone in the car giving me the finger... What was THAT about? Could they be BMW/Volvo drivers of the future? Oh... and a butterfly flew past as I was stood watching them disappear...
On the road, there were pockets of mist, making for a very atmospheric ride... And I had to slow right down at some points because the visibility just disappeared.
And I had forgotten just how peaceful riding at night can be... and just how powerful the main beam is on the bike.

at least the bmw drivers in training saw you, why is it they can see you fair well some times, yet they blind when coming out of a junction NRDNA, in any aspect of my life, including this one | |

Having thought about it again, I think I know why the trainee Volvo/BMW drivers gave me the finger... Could it have been because I saw an opening in between the pumps, and rode straight up to the pump, while they had to wait, because they couldn't get round the car that was in their way? Whatever... I'm a biker, deal with it. | |
