Is anyone else here single (and looking for LTR) AND pro? All I seem to find is guys just wanting freebies, or guys assuming I am touting for business, and guys that cannot see past my Pro Mistress Hat - (yes there is actually a real woman under the hat who wants to be taken out on romantic dates, kisses & cuddles & sex, as well as all the kinky stuff). Its almost as if they feel they can skip the usual dating steps and just go straight to 'play'?!?. I have joined the kinky singles group on IC and all i am getting is people just wanting play - (if all you want is play, then you can pay!) I placed an ad on here looking for single non-smoking, non-attached, local guys and got over 400 replies, 99% married/attached just looking for freebies, the rest just sent reams of kinky (me,me,me, i want,i want - yawn!) shopping lists or they lived 100's of miles away &/or were smokers - do they even read the ads? I am tempted to advertise on vanilla dating sites so at least they will expect to court me first before getting their jollies and then i can throw in the added bonus that I am also a kinky bitch! (but then would they accept my lifestyle?) So any advice? How do you find the man of your dreams whilst also being a Pro, finding a guy that wants you for the woman you are 1st, and Mistress perks 2nd, being able to wade through the ones who just want freebies. Also if anyone knows of any genuinely single non smoking horny guys with fully functioning willy (the bigger the better!) own hair and teeth, with good social skills looking for LTR, pass him on girls! Hi, I don't really feel that I can give you advice, but I can tell you what I did in a similar situation, bearing in mind that I am a transvestite and into BDSM play. After my divorce (it had very little to do with “kinks”) I wanted to find a lady that would except me for who I was TV. kinks etc. I did what you have done and started looking on fetish sites. It was no good at all, as you say its all what they want and really only want to play and not have a LTR. or are miles away. Or in my case a man pretending to be a woman or just wanting a “quickie” with me. So I advertised in a local papers dating page only slightly alluding to my feminine side. I got a number of replies and talked on the phone with some nice ladies. A first meet is always a little awkward, but if you get on and think you would like it to go further then that is the time to come clean about you life style and wants. In my case I met a lady who new nothing about TV's, or Domination etc. but liked me and went along with it. Now nearly 5yrs on she is my sole mate, lover & Mistress not only tolerating but actively encouraging “Katie” to be the girl I have always wanted to be. Also the “life style” is great but I don't think you can live it 24-7 you have to do a lot of ordinary things together and that is the test of a good relationship. I know exactly what you mean! If I look for a partner within the scene then, when they know me, all they can think of is kinky sex and dungeons. If I look outside of the scene then they either run a mile when they discover what I do - or all they can suddenly think of is kinky sex and dungeons, lol. They certainly don't introduce me to their mother. So if you find an answer then please let me know. No-one's ever just knocked at MY door! For now I've decided to hold singles nights (Club 666) in my Dungeon and an informal munch (Trevor) once a month. It's the one (only) way I can think of to getting to meet people on a more informal basis. Its not just the Pro-Dommes that have trouble finding a 'mate' (for want of a better word). I would love to find a nice (mean, evil) single Dom/me with the view to settling down. Most of my messages on and here and other sites though are from guys attached who just want a bit of fun. I am beginning to think it is just me as I look around and see the most ugly people who are happily settled with someone. Do I try and find someone on here or do I try the 'nilla' sites and then see if I can turn the one I find into a Dom or see if there are some Dom tendancies there. Oh what it must be like to be taken out to the cinema or for a meal or just go for a walk or drive on a Sunday afternoon. Being bi, you would think I would be able to double my chances of finding someone, but does not seem to be that easy. Maybe you could get a second profile that does'nt have the pound sign and then put your advert linking to that. You could also get a profile on Fetlife and again not mention your pro work. Of course its nothing to be ashamed of but you don't want someone to contact you because of it. Another good way to meet people on a level is at munches. I have been used by a sub before who just wanted to play, that was all we ever did. My present sub is not perfect but he is considerate, sweet, loving and generous. Firstly your profile does not show up on a search for F4m in a 100 mile radius of my location as it should given my settings. My first impression of your profile was of a "full on player" not someone looking for a LTR. I tend to get couples with the fem sub looking to switch on my searches, ive given up with it.
