Myself and my Mistress are in the process of finally getting our website together at long last! Everyone advises not to use Paypal for the few occassions that deposits are necessary as they will shut your account, do most use Worldpay then or what method is best please? When I use Paypal on Ebay it sends a receipt to the person who paid me showing my name and address on it as registered to my bank account, so does Worldpay do the same so the client sees your full name and home address? Also if I was to link up a wishlist just in case someone did want to get me a pressie - I've never used them, so for instance if I got an Amazon one and someone was to want to buy something for me again if they were to order it and have it delivered through the wishlist then will it again give them my full name and address, has anyone used this wishlist before please? Thanks in advance for your help. Pro submissive & switch with great dungeon & LOTS of toys!

CCBill are popular and they do now have an European site. The upside is "CCBill EU completely automates the sales processing functions for your website". The downside is they take 16%.

Whilst not an automated method of payment, people can tribute you in cash via Paypoint 360 emoney voucher...you need to get yourself a debit card, I use Eclipse, the buyer of the relevant value evoucher sends you the 8 digit auth code...enter it online to your card....jobs a good un....no details of either party are given....and yes a small charge for transaction....but just get them to pay an extra couple of pound for your trouble Dominus

Worldpay kicked out all adult merchants at the end of last year (unless you had a physical location) as its up for sale and they wanted to make the business more attractive i use streamline and sagepay. one of the adult movie specialists like ccbill may be ok, or try nochex, and their merchant side axxess merchant services as their md sits on the board of aita (adult industry trade association) you may have to wait for payouts though if you are new to cards. part of the distance selling regs, e commerce act et all is that the seller must give full details for ltd co this would be company name, trading address, reg office reg no etc for sole trader this would be name t/a trading name, address etc Vidi Vici Veni Edited 11 Aug 10, 3:05 AM by DOM_estics

I used Nochex last time I had a deposit - I don't think they send emails, but you can always have a "pretend" email anyway. Also not sure what they show on the credit card the other end!

My sub just paid for me to go to a spa via Payapl and I think his initial and surname came up in my account but NO other details. I was told yesterday that Paypal are really assy about anything adult related, so like being linked to domme wishlists-is this true and how dare they, silly twats lol. Money's money!

By taking online payments for goods or services you are then subject to the Distance Selling Regulations. You must supply a full geographic address if payment is taken in advance, ie a deposit, and full terms and conditions. Why don't cash machines have a Gamble button?

Be careful because Nochex don't allow adult. You're better off with Alertpay who do.

How dare they? They provide the service and they don't want the hassle from the high chargeback rate that blights adult business. It's their business, their service, their risk and therefore it's their right to restrict their services to whoever they want. Exactly as you do with your business.
