i had a lovely surprise this evening. The phone rang, nothing surprising in that i know. i answered it expecting it to be a telesales caller and instead discovered that it was my niece catching up with her auntie.
i have missed her since she moved away, but it is sooooo good to know that she is happy and that her job is working out for her.
So though at times i am sad that she is so far away i am so glad that things are positive in her life.
i know i will keep on missing her, but knowing that all is well with her makes it more bearable.
