I was working late at the Carphone Warehouse last night when I received this text from my sub:

'Sir,thespacebuttonisfaultyonthisphone. Whenyougethomepleasegivemeanalternative.'

And as I eagerly rushed home, I couldn't help but wonder...

What the hell does 'ternative' mean?
