I was speaking to someone recently about the proposed changes or cancellation of nudity licenses by certain London boroughs. I have asked her to mail me what her understanding of what the changes mean but was wondering if anyone else has heard of these changes especially in light of the fact that when hosting a fetish event you need to apply for a nudity license.
