http://www.informedconsent.co.uk/p/dungeonhire/ in Barnet, North London, is an excellent venue. The transport links are very good, easily accessible from anywhere in London and close to the M25. It is off the road, so nobody to gawp at people arriving and leaving, there is parking... The management are very welcoming and hospitable and the hand-made dungeon equipment is of excellent quality. I'm guessing you're just looking for the space, rather than somewhere with equipment etc already in place? I would say it depends on what night you were looking at. If it's a Saturday, it's usually good to look for places right in the city (bank/monument) because it's non residential. Therefore they get all their business from suits during the week for their after work drinkies, whilst they remain dead on Saturdays.

SE1 is now Debut. Scala is still going strong. Though a lot of big scale places are being turned into flats or whatever  | ||
