I know somewhere in Accrington that charges a nominal fee but is totally private land and is used occasionally for filming, sessions etc.
Memo me for details since it is kept quite discrete and the owner is nothing to do with me apart from being a vague friend. It's a good wooded area however with amenities built into the land away from prying eyes. Mistress Julia
