oh, haven't blogged on here for a while (2)

Several reasons - IC isn't really interesting to me anymore these days, I only rarely check the boards these days. Also I've been busy with The Ladies Who... over the past months, which has been just so much fun.

I've also been busy with other things in my life - I started playing Roller Derby in the Rec League of the London Roller Girls, still going to the gym several times a week, I started Hula Hooping as well at home (what a fun way to loose that wobbly belly!)

We're moving again soon to a better place as well, hooray

Finished both the Herbal Medicine course and the Nutrition course with a diploma and looking forward doing the advanced courses on both. Especially the nutrition course has been an eye opener.
