Just a quick heads up for those intending to come to the Hull Munch on the 17th July. After the Polar Bear failed to open for the last one, and messages to them gone unanswered, a new venue has been sourced (whether permanent or not will depend on the attendees liking/not liking the new place) The meeting is still 2 - 6 ish, and will be at Frankie's Vauxhall Tavern, 1 Hessle Road, Hull, HU3 2AA. You'll find us in the back room, where the pool table is, or outside in the beer garden. There is parking alongside the pub for those driving. Hope to see you all there! :D --- |

Oh good grief, the Hull Munch is going seriously up-market then? I wouldnt be seen dead in Frankies Vauxhall Tavern and would seriously worry about my car being parked around there! Good luck with the munchin though. But there are much nicer pubs than this! |

yes there are - but we needed somewhere fairly quickly and Frankies were happy to have us. Not all pubs are happy with our topics of discussion :D We'll still be looking for replacement venues, so if you have any in mind that are suitable, please suggest! ros --- |
