If you want to minimise your cancer risk in a BDSM context then keep your number of oral sex partners to a minimum as this has been linked to incidence of oropharangeal cancers. Otherwise it's the usual suspects of smoking, alcohol, obesity and choice of parents.

Alcohol, you say..?

And rugby..?

Well, who would have thought of those two going together.

There is NO clinical evidence of a link between alcohol and rugby.

But this may warrant further research.

THERE WAS ONCE AN ENTIRE TEAM OF RUGBY PLAYERS WHO DRANK!!!

Don't believe me... Just ask your barman!!!

Until they scream or say enough!

The person, not the balls.

God's gift - but don't expect it instantly.

They're not subjects to be taken lightly, ballbusting or any type of cancer, but the above did make me laugh.

Google or my doctor couldn't help me find the name of the unfortunate rugby team. Their training sessions sound rough.

Ballbusting is the fantasy of many a man. I only ever had one real session. My bare balls were kneed a total of maybe eight times at full power. It didn't hurt much at all because, without wishing to be too graphic, my bare balls were free to move.

The next day, however, the swelling was noticeable. I'd say both testicles became 50% larger and my scrotum started turning black. The second day after, even my penis went black. Again there was no real pain or sensitivity, but the swelling was plain to see.

It took four of five days to return to normal, but a real hard ballbusting session is best avoided.

There are loads of misconceptions about ballbusting. Little girls are brought up believing that they must NEVER hit a boy there but hey in reality its no big deal. The truth is a light impact feels remarkably like a hard impact.

Its a highly erotic form of play between man and woman and the woman doesnt actually have to do more than flick her fingers on the nads to get a satisfactory response from the male.

Speaking from my own perspective having had this type of play for over 20 years on a regular basis I have never come to any harm nor has any one I know providing its performed correctly..

Look its very much the way the lady kicker performs the deed. You dont kick straight forward in a stabbing motion, yes that would be dangerous, instead you use the upper part of the foot above the toes in an upward motion.

Doesnt matter how hard you kick, knee, punch or slap it has a similar effect its just the pain of the moment from the balls up into the belly.

At our parties its done in highly controlled situations, the wellfare of the recipient is held in the highest regard. The play is conducted in an orchestrated manner ablely led by our co-host the beautiful MsSlidewith with all the recipients facing the dommes doing the ballbusting. each lady takes turns going down the line as each line completes the meothod changes from knees to punches, slaps, etc it is performed with much humour, merriment and respect.

Men drop out when they wish and the man who ultimately becomes our last man standing champion is applauded and esteemed by one and all.

Last time for the first time ever 2 female subs joined the line up with the men and did exceptionally well.

I know its controversial to some, others hate it yet others love and embrace it. All we ask is those who dont like it keep an open mind. No one man or woman is forced or even coerced to do it. Its freedom of choice and a play which crosses sterotype bounderies therefore an otherwise female sub can join the dommes and deliver this play with great personal satisfaction.

Knowing how much I have taken in the past and how much our champions can take if relied on as a means of self defense its pretty poor.

If anyone is interested in trying it out real life our party is in just under two weeks time just check out the thread.

Dont say I never speak to you, only 5 minutes ago I told you to shut up. !

I work in the field of oncology. Approximately a third of my workload is men with prostate cancer. I am unaware of any clinical evidence to support a link between testicular trauma and prostate cancer.

Maybe I'm just reading the wrong journals.

Thank you Fellatrix for a real attempt answer to the question.

I too did a quick Journal search and could find few papers suggesting the link between trauma of the testes and testicular cancer. However I would love to get access to... http://aje.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/abstra...

Even if it is a little old, I would like to hear its conclusion. Notable however is that trauma came last on their list of potential factors.

I hope a modest quote won't be in breach of copyright.

Testicular trauma

Another factor hypothesized to be related to risk of testicular cancer is trauma to the testis. To study this, we asked respondents about various activities that could result in testicular injury. These included horseback riding, riding a bicycle and/or a motorcycle, driving a tractor or a truck, and participation in contact sports. We found a significant increase in risk only for riding a bicycle and/or a motorcycle. While significant, this risk is modest (OR = 1.79, 95 per cent CI 1.1-3.1), and it should be noted that in nearly two-thirds of the pairs, both cases and controls reported engaging in this activity. We also asked subjects to indicate whether they had ever had any injury to the reproductive organs. Although we observed a significant risk (OR = 2.86, 95 per cent CI 1.3-12.3) for this variable, the numbers were small. All but one nonsignificant factor showed some degree of increased risk, with a history of tractor driving having the maximum odds ratio of 2.6.

Many thanks, perhaps not as clear cut as I had hoped. More of a statistical analysis it seems but at least no strong correlations found.

I'm b*ggered anyway it seems as I ride bikes all the time!

I have let Ladies give mine a squeeze, gently, in the past but I'm not entirely sure I'm ready for a nut kicking!

From a few mountain biking experiences landing awkwardly can result in a rather painful smack in in the nuts from the saddle!! And if you miss the saddle!! :-$
