We are looking for an industrial unit to rent about 600square ft in the Shropshire area. We are looking to start an Adult play space so the landlord would need to be kink friendly. Anyone in the know ? lol History will be kind to me for i intend to write it - Winston Churchill

More than enough for a pro-domme studio, scene business, or both: "cosy" for a club venue, about the size of the Barnet Bastille. It depends what they want it for ... Oh give the girl a chance! At 600 sq ft thats quite a chunk of money a month so why not support the project instead of being negative about it? Whereabouts in shropshire you looking and dont forget its a renters market as so much space is empty. Add to that clubs tend to work when most others are closed so a win win situation for any landlord who is up for a new tenant ... Good luck with the venture!

Using an industrial unit for entertainment or as a shop may well require planning permission and a landlord may be very twitchy about that as a result, even if they're kink friendly. Regards, Tanos

its not just planning, a lot of commercial mortgges forbid premises being used for adult or mobile telephone businesses. Don't forget to include costs such as rates and insurance. "customers use at own risk" is not a disclaimer that will stand up in court if truely pushed. Nick Vidi Vici Veni |
