The problem with the Vat increase is that with so many people giving up smoking the income of the tobacco tax is falling and they are going to have to increase it even more to get a fraction of the tobacco revenue of ten years ago. We all would prefer a tax free world, but how do we go about getting one. Bob Don't look at me for the answer, I'm too busy thinking up the questions.
