Massive apologies then We are, however, happy to host the next one, if the conversation comes up! We do have a 3 bed house with a lovely kitchen diner to put you all up in now. :D You'd be guaranteed to see us then!

I'll be sorry to miss those who can't make it tonight, but am looking forward to seeing those who can. Thanks to Lily and Jon for offering to host the next one...I bet we'll be taking you up on that! Now all that remains is to figure out what cake I can bake with whatever's left over in the kitchen after a weekend away. ~~~

I would like to thank Valkyre and Driver 1 for hosting the Crafty Munch. Mrs Rope rightly observed I hadn't made much progress with my Airfix kit from the last time I was at a Crafty Munch. Schoolboy John

Yes, thank you for a lovely, convivial evening. And even if progress with the Airfix and the patchwork was slow last night, there were some rope ends neatly whipped, a little photography practised and the strategies of territorial beachcraft discussed. I also much appreciated the jammy scone and the tour of the garden to marvel at a spectacular range of craftily constructed planters and staging, etc. They were both decorative and functional and even made from recycled materials. So, many thanks to Val and Driver for hosting this month...and thanks to Jon and Lily for taking up the baton for the next one....which will be on Thursday 12th August. ~~~ Edited 22 Jul 10, 8:42 AM by MrsRope |
