The next munch will take place on Saturday July 10th 2010. The Aberdeenshire Munch takes place in Aberdeen on the second Saturday afternoon of the month and runs from 2.00pm through to 6.00pm or whenever the last person decides to leave. The next munch will take place on Saturday July 10th in Tiger Tiger on Ship Row in the city centre of Aberdeen. The munch dresscode is vanilla/streetwear.
For those who don't know, Ship Row is just off Market Street just off Union Street which is the main shopping precinct in the city centre of Aberdeen and is very close to both the train station and bus station. There is also a pay and display car park a few minutes walk away on College Street or the new Union Square shopping centre and there is an ncp carpark next. Once inside we be in the oriental bar behind the main bar, will have a bear on the table. Very many thanks to all those I met at my first ever Munch! It certainly bodes well for the future if they're all that warm and welcoming
I'm still more than a tad on the nervous side, but that's ebbing away slowly. I think last Saturday will stop feeling quite so unreal when I pop along next month (there's nothing sooner that I can make it to, I think). That said, I'll probably feel nervous again at the next one, for a different reason, since by now at least some people will have matched the face to the profile (thanks for starting it, Rhoobarb!)... that said, I'm finding it interesting to match faces to profiles myself (first post on IC!) | ||||
