Having joined the single forum, washed my hair and waxed
now what? Maybe the next thing is a munch for singles, but this time the over 35's would be great opposed to the other - under 35's.
or maybe our dear moderator can sift through our introductions and play match maker

I do not come to IC often its that thing called life that gets in the way but hey its better than death that can be rather permanant. I think the idea of an over 35 munch is a great idea. I would be up for it

Would people have to produce their birth certificate to get in or just look old like me? Happiness is a warm bum

OK! so lets get thinking about where we would hold an over 35's. Admirers of the 'more' mature partner would of course not be banned but its about personal comfort and i know for a fact that entering into the under 35's munch and being the minority pushes my comfort zone. Rather thank making it about age, wouldnt it just be better to have a singles event? The secret of the universe is this: The universe doesn't care, that part of the job is yours.

It's more difficult to prove people are single than it is to prove their age. Happiness is a warm bum

I think both - just singles and just singles over 35 are interesting ideas. I guess depending on where it is and when you will also attract different people.

True, but then isn't the vast majority of being in the lifestyle and the relationships we form require trust? You could ask for a sponsor/reference etc. as a sort of way to mitigate this, but ultimately, it's a problem with life in general.

TBH, I think there would need to be a North and South one to be viable, or one held at Birmingham say. The secret of the universe is this: The universe doesn't care, that part of the job is yours.
