I gave up smoking and have passed the 2-month mark, heading for 3.
One of the toughest battles so far - but I kicked cigarettes' arse!
No sign of associated health-freakery yet, mind you (more's the pity), and I still have a wonderfully fat arse and belly.
I wish I could get addicted to Pilates!
