London U35 Munch - 19th June (8)

It WILL once again be held at: The Marquis Of Cornwallis, 31 Marchmont Street, WC1N 1AP Turn right out of Russell Square tube station, cross the road at the very first zebra crossing and go straight up "Marchmont Street". You should see the pub straight ahead of you. You can also quickly get there from Kings Cross. Map When you enter the pub just go up the stairs to your right and you'll find us in the "Drawing Room" at the end furthest from the door. (look for the tables marked "Reserved for Patrick") It will start at 7pm and go on until the bar asks us to leave (approx. 12pm). The @U35Munch is a BDSM and fetish orientated event aimed at the younger kinksters. It is held in a bar so it's vanilla dress and clearly under 18's cannot attend. The "35" is not an age "limit" but more of a guideline. To reiterate; people over 35 do come along and are welcome! It's aimed for the 'young at heart'. 18 Jun 10, 3:17 PM IndelibleMarker UK(E), 6 yrs	I can confirm now that this WILL BE the LAST munch held at the Marquis of Cornwallis. Information about the next location will be handed out at the munch tomorrow evening... So if you want to find out where it'll be... Come along tomorrow! On the other hand, I'll still be announcing it online next month. For people who want to know why we're changing... The Marquis refuse to give us the whole of the upstairs area. The Marquis has a poor drink selection at high cost. The temperature in the Marquis is boiling in the summer and freezing in the winter! The Marquis is too far away from the party areas of town meaning it's difficult for people to go out and have fun after the munch. The Marquis kicks out at the time of the last train, encouraging people to go straight home... The new location closes slightly earlier meaning if you want to go home - you can without missing your tube, but it'll also encourage more people to go out elsewhere afterwards and enjoy the summer! It's Saturday night people, get involved! Oh and frankly, the atmosphere could be better and more suited to the age range generally. Kisses to all you fabioso people! 20 Jun 10, 10:43 AM BerryBlack UK(N), 4 yrs	It was my second time coming to this munch and I'd just like to say thanks to Indelible Marker for organising and for finding it a new home. And dangling the flyers in front of people's noses like a cat owner with a string. It was a good night and I met some friendly people, many of whom had made the brave step of coming along for the first time ever. Had some good chat and I was amused to discover that my black tshirt and long hair make me look like a fan of hard rock, rather than Take That, Boyzone (the shame) and musicals. Me, a Slipknot fan! Brilliant. Thanks also go to the kind fella who stopped me as I was leaving to ask if I was all right. I had something on my mind so was feeling a bit low and was touched that he took the time to ask. Hope to see you all next month.
