As ladybabe has already said,some of us are motivated by encouragement and not humiliation.

My Dom uses forced exercise( I am not overweight) to keep me trim but I find it much more difficult if he tells me to exercise than if i want to do it of my own free will. I dont like lifting weights etc. naked in front of him or doing a workout in a collar. If i'm lucky he just sets me exercises to do and i can get on with them by myself.

He's on a forced exercise regime this week as well as eating little food, drinking mainly water and eating plenty of fruit and raw vegetables, with one healthy meal a day.

I sit on the sofa, shout at him and eat a scone with clotted cream and jam.

This sounds soooo cool! I'm highly envious, although I'm sure if I had to go through the reality of an entire week of it, I might change my mind!

Those new years resolutions.. will they make it into feb??

On a serous note, watched a really interested program about loosing weight on friday night at some time around midnight on the bbc.

Exercise and smarter food control were the essence of it. Nothing extreme. Just an increase from prsent levels and inactivity.

Oh, so far it's been lots of fun. Especially as he's quite a normal weight with just a little happiness belly to deal with and I'm a big old fat bird Somehow the reinforced contrast is kinda sexy ...

I've been ordered to run in the park whilst timed and watched. I also had to wear tight fitting shorts and running vest. I was also ordered to urinate while I ran which not only emphasised the tightness of the shorts and the fact I had no underwear on but also gave me some serious thigh chaffing!

Yes, I'm sure that's right but forced exercise is a very sexy concept.

Yes, I agree. What better form of loving discipline could be more helpful by a DOM. Last fall I had a chance to work with a student personal trainer and LOVED it! I just had to show up and not even think about which exercises to do or how much weight, and it was very liberating and I looked forward to it. Humiliation by taunting someone for their excess would seem to be do hard on their confidence and body image. It would be for me and I would not allow that.
