I have had several subs from different cultures and ethnicities. Less of a problem in London and maybe less people are "on" the scene but they are definitely out there as a sizable majority - as Anansie says they don't tend to be as high profile possibly - who knows? I wouldn't get any liberal angst about it though - kink is pretty much universal although maybe less commodified in other developing countries. | |

I get approached by a lot of Egyptian men on Collarme, and a fair few Indians. I've also been approached here by various Eastern Europeans and Greeks. Wish I could afford to travel to all these places. I'm chatting to a pretty Indian lad in Glasgow at present, he came to this country to seek a Domme. Apparently there aren't any (or many) in India. | |

My last girl had her origins in a little island in the Indian Ocean, and she was Hindu. Like me, you would be unlikely to find her at a munch or any other event. I also know of a black girl from another site who also doesn't go to clubs etc. One girl on this site that I have met in person has a very interesting heritage, although to look at her you'd imagine her to be as middle England as they come. There is a whole world out there that isn't really connected with any sort of scene. I'm a bit mixed blood myself although you wouldn't know it, and to look at me you'd probably think you were looking at a neo-Nazi thug! | |

I haven't encountered too many 'ethnic' people during the years I've been active, but the ones I do know are wonderful people I'm a mix of Indian, Spanish and English. | |
