The OP is stating a fact from his prospective, and probably just winding everyone up for the predictable response.... maybe he thought it would be funny, maybe he's been put up to it, yanno like kids in a playground. From going out on the scene I think there is a good mix of body sizes and I cant say that I have noticed that all the Dommes are very over weight, I think there are people in all categories who are overweight and go right through to being anorexic, pretty much the same as the general population really. The one thing I have found however is that those who complain bitterly about other people's BMI or size are those who have rather poor body images themselves... and not only that they also appear to completly dull, boring and predictable so all in all just generally not very nice people on the inside. Yours is a very fair point. Don't expect it to be listened to though. This topic causes hysteria and outrage on a regular basis. Almost invariably those attacking the OP of the day show themselves as more ignorant and bigoted than he or she. Watch the hatred and bile begin to seep from their pores as they fume that anyone dare to raise the issue of (whisper it now) obesity in women. Feel free to discuss torture, beatings, pissing and shitting on people, punching, real emotional abuse, even forcing women into prostitution (a particular turn on for me as it happens) as part of a BDSM lifestyle, and whilst your post may be challenged the real hatred and ignorance is reserved for anyone who discusses the simple truth, that like it or not as a nation we're getting fatter and that generally speaking the Dommes of IC do seem to be leading the way. Of course not all but generally speaking. And generally speaking generalisations will generally give, a general truth. We are geting fatter as a nation and it aint pretty. I hope we sort it out for lots of reasons.

If I follow your way of thinking then I would have to assume all men in the scene are bald, middle aged and cursed with over inflated ego to counterbalance their miniscule penis and/or erectile dysfunction. This is, of course, speaking generally, but as you stated quite well, generalisations will give a general truth. PS: what pissed off all the women was NOT the statement (we do have mirrors and are aware of our size, than you) but the gratuitous insult delivered for no other reason than getting some wank fodder! | ||||

Around here, yes, unfortuntely. Its not ok to have a dig at fat people but perfectly ok to insult anyone slim. I'm fat. Its NOT healthy for me to be a size 18/20. I have an underactive thyroid, I eat healthily and go to the gym 4/5 days a week. I am also rather good looking. This is not because I am fat. I am not a bbw. I am attractive despite my weight. It gets on my tits (D cup btw) when I see people on here slagging off slim women for being slim. Its pathetic. |
