Im looking for a suspension bar. Dont seem to easy to find on the net. Loads in the usa but im looking for one from Ireland or the uk. Seen some great ones in the usa.Im looking for one that has a atraight steel bar that has to chains and eye bolts each end and be used to hang the bar from either 1 or 2 points overhead about 36inchs long black. Does anyone no were to get this type of bar within in the UK or Irealnd.. | |

It would not take a lot of effort to make one. 10 minutes work once you have bought the bits. Just a thought.

Thought of that and have a bar thats ok. But not what i want as i seen the ones in AMERICA and well worth paying. Too be honest making a bar and buying one its not gona be that much in the price difference. If i have too then i might just make it myself.. | |

Yep that was what i was looking for maybe a bit bigger but its ok.Fetters have them so i get in Touch. Pitty they are silver but a bit of black paint will put that right.
Hard to belive that this type of thing hard to find.

Cool - I'd recommend stove enameling if you want it black - even hammerite will grind off when you use crabs. I did use a £5 length of bamboo fo years, mind, and still use longer ones sometimes.

I have 8 sitting in a bag in my basement at the moment, I was going to finish them with leather but never got round to it.
