In terms of paid femdom websites, there are hundreds rather than thousands, but I get your point. I don't see how the number of sites really matters though. What's important is the marketing, something OWK have never really done to any great extent. I think perhaps that they bought into their own mystique and adopted a 'build it and they'll come' philosophy and they've undoubtedly suffered for it. The authenticity of what's portrayed on a femdom website isn't really important as you say. Everybody who pays for such a site knows that they're buying into a construct. However people are more likely to pay for a site that has a strong individual identity, rather than something that's generic, bland and corporate. OWK certainly has that identity. | |||

There is nothing to stop anyone doing an OWKlike week to test the water. There is a facility in Denmark, ten miles from Aarhus Airport, direct flights from Stansted, which you can hire. So instead of finding out if the concept works by blowing multiple million quid, you can do a test run for a few thousand. You could even film it all and gets a year's worth of website updates in a week. As to the OWK: my bet is the Save the OWK fund has a nice round total of zero sitting in it. The Roadtrip in my signature is the same thing, for two weeks, and I am only going to charge £100-200 for a week, depending on how many go. LOL I think the difference is, though, that I don't promise sadistic Dommes to torture you the entire time. LOL
