In principle, nice idea. In practice; business plan, EU regulations regarding companies, tax legislation in CR, decisionmaking split between shareholders or will there be directors or operational management, what securities can they offer, etc etc. Way too many questions that I doubt will ever be answered. *insert silly text or moneymaking link of choice here*

OWK has failed as a business venture. Therefore, a new plan needs to be developed...maybe one that is open to ALL BDSMers. After all, why lock out half the market?

The resort side has failed, but opening it up to all BDSMers wouldn't have changed that, not least because it would have detered many of those people it was originally aimed at, namely those interested in femdom. The websites are where both the money and the potential are in the OWK.

You make a good point. I checked out the prices and lets be honest, I winced.

I'm not sure I agree. There are countless websites now. Thousands. The only thing that REALLY differentiated OWK from any of the other websites was the fact that they were *real* films of *real* guests so it added a bit of authenticity. But in the end, it is wankfodder - who really cares if it is real or not. The resort side would have done a lot better if the prices weren't so expensive that only a few are able to go. I always kept a very close eye on it, as I've always wanted to go (AND, they often advertise for Guardesses, but it is required that one must have stayed as a guest to apply). But to come up with that much and the same for mine was just too much. I can't imagine that they ever had full capacity. I can see the price side being complicated. I would imagine that you want it to be affordable for those with a real interest, but not for those who are just curious! If that makes sense. I think it's a wonderful idea in principle, I would loved to have gone... but then I wonder if we only wanted to go because we couldn't! I've still got my eye on a farm with no dirt and no animals (except the human kind) to lead my debauched life in 10 years or so.

yes, it would be complicated, but tbh, any kind of retreat of that kind tends to be massively overpriced. Granted, for a lot of people it is worth it to fulfill a life's fantasy. On the other hand, if people are a lifestyle couple with a family, it is hardly fair to have to sacrifice your family holiday to go and do perverted things. Naw, I always wanted to go because it is just awesome. LOL Especially the comments on this thread about how harsh it is...yummy.
The farm sounds lovely!
